No clipboard thrust at you the moment you walk in. You settle into the waiting area at our Hilbert clinic at your own pace. Medical history and patient registration forms can be completed digitally on a tablet, or handed to reception if you have completed them online beforehand.
Your AHPRA-registered dentist — Dr Singh or Dr Boxwala — introduces themselves and reviews your medical and dental history together with you. Any concerns, symptoms, or questions you have are heard first, before any clinical assessment begins.
Every finding is shown to you on the intraoral camera in real time. Digital bitewing X-rays are taken and explained on-screen. Where indicated, CBCT 3D imaging provides a detailed view of bone structure, roots, and surrounding tissue. Nothing is recommended until you have seen exactly what your dentist sees.
If treatment is indicated, a written plan with itemised costs is prepared. Health fund rebate estimates are included where applicable (Sienna Smiles is a preferred provider for HBF, HCF, and NIB). No vague estimates. No pressure to proceed on the day. The plan is yours to take home and consider at your own pace.

Sienna Smiles is a preferred provider for HBF, HCF, and NIB — which means reduced gap fees for many preventive and diagnostic services. All major health funds are accepted.
HICAPS is available on-site, so your rebate is processed before you leave. Bring your health fund card to your appointment.
Afterpay and Fund My Dental are available for patients who prefer to spread the cost of treatment.
Eligible children may access the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) for covered services.
All treatment costs are confirmed in writing before any work begins.
