By accessing and using the Sienna Smiles website (siennasmiles.com.au) and our dental services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Sienna Smiles provides general, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dental services at our Hilbert, Western Australia practice. All dental treatment is provided by registered dental practitioners in accordance with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) requirements. Treatment plans are developed on an individual basis following a clinical assessment. Fees, treatment options, and expected outcomes are discussed during your consultation. A written treatment plan with full costs is provided before any elective treatment proceeds.

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient. Repeated missed appointments without adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or a request for a deposit to secure future bookings. We will always communicate our cancellation policy clearly at the time of booking. Emergency appointments are available during business hours and are prioritised based on clinical urgency.

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept: • Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard • HICAPS on-the-spot health fund claiming • Afterpay (for eligible treatments) • Fund My Dental payment plans Prices listed on this website are indicative and subject to change. Final fees depend on the complexity and scope of treatment as determined by your clinical assessment. A full quote is provided before treatment begins. Health fund rebates depend on your individual fund and level of cover. We recommend confirming your entitlements with your health fund before treatment.
