HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service) is available on-site, allowing eligible health fund rebates to be processed electronically before you leave the practice. You pay only the gap amount (if any) at the time of your visit. The most commonly claimed service is a check-up and clean. Bring your health fund card to your appointment for instant claiming.
All treatment costs are confirmed in writing before any work begins, consistent with the ADA's guidelines on informed financial consent. If you do not have health fund cover, flexible payment solutions are available. If you are unsure of your coverage, contact your health fund before your visit - we are happy to provide Australian Dental Association (ADA) item numbers so you can check your specific rebate in advance.
